Do you remember when you first learned to ride
a bicycle? It was fun and scary. You knew you could do it because
your brother, sister, or friend could do it. Even so, the nervousness
was there when the training wheels came off. More than likely someone
ran along beside you as you pedaled with a new sense of danger and freedom.
Making the transition of being just a markter,
into the realm of leadership is kind of like that. In many ways, the
skills and experience you have already gained will serve you well. On
the other hand, the risks and skills increase significantly.
Like taking off the training wheels, you are moving away from the
props of borrowed leadership tools from your upline and/or company. You
desire to be an attraction marketing professional.
Someone ran along side of you as you took off
without training wheels for the first few times - simply to save you
from a crash. Let me help you prevent crashing. You will have a
trusted guide to help you get up to speed and take off
efffectively, while avoiding a nasty spill.
Balance. Its all about balance. As a
marketer finding success and followers, your skill set now needs to
sharpen and multiply. It is tragic to see so many crash at this stage
in their business. You have worked hard to get here, but going to
fast, or too slow, or leaning to far the wrong way (example:
supporting your new found team mates, OR working on the continual
development of your own marketing) can cause a sudden wipe out.
Lets talk about me running along side of you for
a few months at this stage in your business like I have done for so
many. The first step is to request my free ebook - then lets talk
about one-on-one, run-along-side-you coaching. It is the
safest way to go right now:

In addition to the secrets and strategies found
in "Coaching Coaches," here are some things to assist you
in figuring out "What Now C O A
C H ?"
C Connecting: It
is vital that you identify and make a strong connection with the up
and coming leaders and producers being attracted into your business.
You must be proactive in your reaching out and drawing good people
into your network.
O
On Ramps: How
does someone engage you? You must provide easy and comfortable
channels for good people to interact with you. It is tricky though as
you must quickly sort out those who simply will waste your time.
A Affirmation:
Capable people need and enjoy
recognition and comraderie. It is important that your business has
strategies that value and build up the producers in your organizations.
C Communication: Time
and effort to reach out and establish good and consistent lines of
communication are imperative for your success. Most failing
organizations, large and small, have communication problems.
H Hone:
Those who want to earn an executive
level income must achieve executive level skills. The lie of quick
money in marketing has been exposed, and only the most desperate
continue to propagate it. You must hone your own marketing skills, as
you develop your leadership skills.
Much of the above, like most arts
or sports, can not be taught through class room or book learning
alone. You need to be engaged in the game. You need a coach on the
field with you to progress.
