Special Report: 2008 I commend you for digging a bit deeper to find out more about me. You can read an overview of my life, but I also thought it was only fair to let you know more about me if you are a leader and needing a coach. It seems my whole life I was wired to lead. I was voted captain of my high school wrestling team, and when our city made national news by cutting out all sports for a year, I worked covertly with a school board member and organized a 5 high school, city-wide revolt involving thousands of students. We failed in our quest, but sports were brought back to our town the next year. I went on then to get a congressional appointment to the United States Air Force Academy. Again there in one of the most prestigious leadership schools in the world, I was recognized not only on the dean's list, but the Commandants and Superintendents list as a leader among leaders. Not sensing my destiny was in the military, I left after my second year at the academy and worked in my uncle's vending business at first as route supervisor and then Vice President of Operations. It was then that the Lord called me into full time work with the Gospel. After finishing my last 2 years of college in Bible College, I was hired as a young pastor on a large church staff. All that history, and still only 23 years old at the time! During the next 25 years of full time ministry in pastoring the Lord led me to start a Divorce Recovery Workshop that has helped thousands of people in our city; Organize our city in a massive effort against abortion in our town; start a church that still thrives today. The longer I pastored the more I knew it was not the right fit for me, and over the last few years started three different work at home businesses of which all were successful. None of the above would have been possible without the friendship and mentoring of incredible people. I have seemed to attract other strong leaders and been able to speak into their lives to help them on their journey. I would not have earned the top award in one mlm company of 80,000 reps for team building without some other great leaders working along side of me. Most recently in the last few years I have had the incredible privilege of learning from Ann Sieg; but before the relationship switched to me learning from her, I had the opportunity to mentor her on her way to success before she passed me by. I am still her upline and a very good friend. My sincerest apologies if this sounds prideful. I give all the credit to my Lord Jesus and the wonderful people that have supported me through my life. I write this so you can know God has written in my DNA to help leaders - coach coaches. My joy now is having a small part to play in the development of young missionaries as I am full time with YWAM, Youth With a Mission, stationed in New Zealand.
